World Book Week - Parent & Staff Reading Group

World Book Day 8th March 2019

We are pleased to let you know that Linden School will be celebrating World Book Week from Monday 4th March 2019 and each class will be creating their own celebration pieces of work.  On Friday 8th March 2019, all the children are invited to dress up as their favourite book character for the day.

Year 5 Drama Workshop

Year 5 enjoyed their drama experience, however we have only received a third of payments so far.  If you have forgotten, then this can be given to the school office in a named envelope.

Half term

Just a reminder that half term starts early this week, with the school closed for children on Friday 15th February for an INSET day.  We'll see you all on Monday 25th February.

Change to Menu Thursday 14th February

On Thursday 14th February the menu will be: Fish Fingers & chips Vegetarian burger Jacket potato and Orange chocolate mousse.

Swimming Lessons

Polite reminder:  52% of Year 3 parents and 42% of Year 4 parents have not yet paid for swimming lessons, if you have forgotten to pay, the money can be given to reception in a named envelope.

Internet Safety Day

As part of our continued learning around e-safety, pupils today took part in Internet Safety Day, looking at lots of different aspects, including how to stay safe online and what to do if they are unsure about something online.
