New Reception Pupil Hub
This page is only for those who have already applied and been offered a place in our school's Reception year. If you wish to make an application to go onto our Reception waiting list, please go to our Admissions page.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming all of our new Reception pupils in September 2021. This year's transition process is very different in light of the current situation.
We have created this New Reception Pupil Hub to set out all the documents we need you to read which will provide you with important information before your child starts with us.
We have included a virtual tour of our school as well as other information for you to share with your child before they start.
Please be aware all dates and plans may be subject to change if we are given further Government guidance. If there are any changes, we will of course communicate this to you as soon as possible. Please make sure that you keep us up to date with your current email address and telephone number.
If you have any questions about our school and what we have to offer, please contact us by email on email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will continue to update you with any information we have during these ever-changing times.

Documents to read before completing the New Pupil Form (in the order that they appear)
Before you start completing the New Reception Pupil form (below) please make sure you have the following information to hand and sufficient time to complete the form as it cannot be completed in stages:
BOTH parent’s full details (addresses, contact numbers, and email addresses)
Names, phone numbers and permission from anyone you are naming on the form as an emergency contact (if we cannot reach the primary parents) or approved to collect your child (for example).
Your child’s doctor’s name, address and telephone number
Details of your child’s medical conditions (if any).
Details of your child’s allergies (if any)
Details of any Special Educational Need requirements (if any)
Please also make sure you have read all the supporting documents and policies.
Please register for Free School Meals, you will receive a £10 Asda voucher, even if your application is unsuccessful. Please just show the office the confirmation email you receive.
Your child could be entitled to:- ● £1300 worth of extra support and opportunities as well as — ● Free school meals, worth up to £400 per year.
In addition, the school receives an extra payment from the government, based on its numbers of Free School Meals Pupils providing us with a very important boost to school funds. This allows us to provide extra support such as extra tuition, learning partners or breakfast/after-school clubs. If you register this year then we will receive the extra funds next year.
Even if your child is currently entitled to Universal Free School Meals (i.e. in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2), or even if you choose to provide a home packed lunch, we would ask though that you register regardless of whether or not they want a school meal so we can receive this funding.
Finally, when you come in to meet the teacher (confirmation of this date and time will be communicated in due course) we would ask that you pop to the school office with proof of your current address dated within the last 3 months and your child's original full birth certificate for us to take a photocopy - when we have seen these, we give your child a free Linden book bag.
