Dear Parents, Guardians and Carers
As we started term 5, I am sure you were glad, as I was, for the hint of warmer weather. The weeks are seeming to fly by and before we know it, this academic year will be coming to its conclusion. But, before then, the children have lots of exciting things to look forward to. Please do take a look at our upcoming events page for further details.
I would like to comment that our Ofsted inspection was conducted in a very thorough manner and the letter from Ofsted is available on our website.
With thanks for your ongoing support,

A huge thank you and well done to all the children who entered the Linden Prize story competition last term. It was a real pleasure to read all of the stories, and we are very proud of the efforts of everyone who wrote a story for the competition.

Year 1 enjoyed sharing their seaside photographs with their friends to launch our topic "Deckchairs and Donkeys". We worked in groups to think of questions that would help us find out more information about the seaside. We are also innovating the story of The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch. The children are busy thinking of different ways to deter those pesky seagulls away from the Mr. Grinling's delicious lunch.
